ChickFarm uses limited first-party operational logging to understand site visits, protect staff accounts, and operate its store. This notice describes the new ChickFarm Sentinel activity feature, not every external service linked from the site. Effective October 11, 2026.
Website activity
For ordinary page visits we record the page name, a broad browser type (for example Chrome), operating-system family, device category, approximate country if provided by Cloudflare, and time. We do not place analytics cookies, build device fingerprints, or store raw visitor IP addresses or complete user-agent strings in our activity log. IP addresses are used briefly to generate a keyed anonymous deduplication value, to prevent repeated refreshes from flooding the logs; the key expires. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences are respected for visit logging. Our service providers may independently process technical request data under their own policies.
Staff account security
Staff login attempts, successful verification, logout, and administrative changes produce security events, including the staff account name, event type, timestamp and broad browser information. Passwords, login verification codes, session tokens, and full IP addresses are excluded. The staff verification code is delivered separately to a private Discord channel for the account owner to enter.
Discord notifications
Selected activity events are sent as embeds to a restricted ChickFarm staff Discord channel. Discord may process the event information to provide that service. Visitor notifications are rate-limited to reduce noise. Staff actions and relevant store events are also logged.
Retention and access
Activity logs are accessible to authorized staff only and are subject to rolling deletion after approximately 30 days. Rate-limit deduplication values are retained only as needed to limit excessive requests. Historical event deletion runs periodically, so deletion may not be instantaneous. Access to the staff dashboard requires both a password and a second verification step. Store purchase/order records are managed separately and may have different retention requirements.
Public Minecraft player profiles
The Farmer Atlas displays public Minecraft usernames, UUID-based skin previews, current in-game statistics, computed milestone badges, and historical stat snapshots captured from the ChickFarm server. Hourly history starts when the v5 feature is installed and may be shown for up to 90 days. The external Minecraft skin preview provider (mc-heads.net) may receive an image request from your browser. To ask about correcting or removing public player data, contact ChickFarm staff through Discord.
Aggregated staff reporting
Authorized staff can access summary charts based on recorded website events, account security outcomes, product counts and Stripe order statuses. Staff charts aggregate visitor pages, browser and device categories, and approximate country; they do not show individual visitor IP addresses. Reported visitor counts are deduplicated event counts rather than exact unique visitor totals.
